Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Sentinel Heavy Barges regarding your quote request, scheduling, project coordination, delivery logistics, and customer service replies.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project. You may receive transactional and conversational messages as needed.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Sentinel Heavy Barges does not charge for the messages, but standard rates from your carrier may apply.

Opt-in

Consent is collected when you check the SMS consent box on our quote request form or otherwise expressly agree to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major North American carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
