- A sectional barge is a modular steel barge in standard widths and lengths that locks together with other sections to form whatever deck size your project needs. Sentinel sectional barges use an interlocking coupler system.
- Standard Barge: 10×20×5 and 10×40×5. Heavy Duty Crane Barge: 10×20×7 and 10×40×7. Back Lake Barge: 8×20×4. Custom sizes are available.
- Standard Barge: 36,000 lb evenly distributed. Heavy Duty: 58 tons per 41′4″ section with 1 ft freeboard. Back Lake: 20.3 tons per 20′ section with 1 ft freeboard.

- Through an interlocking coupler system — precision-machined cast male-female couplers in flanged sleeves welded to each section's perimeter. No bolts, no threads, no corrosion failure.
- No. Because there are no threads, there is nothing to corrode together. Couplers release cleanly even after years in salt or fresh water.

- Stock barges ship within days. Standard production typically delivers in 4 to 12 weeks depending on order size. Custom builds run 8 to 16 weeks.
- Yes. Orders of four or more sections qualify for a fleet discount — mixed orders (Standard + Heavy Duty) count toward the threshold.
